Last Week in Ireland

Image
I can't believe I'm writing my last blog post in Ireland... it's so crazy that the time has flown by this quickly and that I'll be heading to the airport in less than 12 hours! I am catching an 11:30 flight back to Boston, and I'll land at 1:50 pm EST, so it's about a 7 and a half hour flight. I'm waking up relatively early in the morning to make sure I have enough time to get to the airport, so I'll be hitting the hay really soon. Also the picture to the left is from a place near where I took my exams this week! I just loved the lights and had to snap a picture of them :) This week was super relaxed... I really didn't do too much! I had an exam on Monday, my Irish exam, and I had an exam on Friday, my linguistics exam. Other than those two exams and writing my essay for my Criminology class, I didn't have too many responsibilities. After my Irish exam on Monday, me and a few of my friends from the class went to the bar on campus, and we got...

Hi everyone! As I'm writing, I'm also trying to study for my first final tomorrow, so I'm sorry that this came in so late. Hopefully I'll make sense as I'm writing this blog post :) This week was mostly filled with studying for my two finals, working on an essay for my class, and relaxing. The essay will be worth 100% of my grade for the class, so I took my time reading the book, checking its references, and comparing it to other sources. Over the next two days, I gathered all of the material that I will need to write my essay. However, after spending so much time on it in a row, I haven't been able to look at it sinc...

With this weekend coming to a close I've officially finished all of my travels outside of Ireland! It's so sad that I won't have anymore adventures outside of the homeland, but I'm also glad to have some time to rest and recharge. Tomorrow also marks just two weeks left in Ireland, which is mind-blowing! It feels like I haven't been here that long... where did the time go? I'm going to try to make the most of my time left here. This week was my last week of classes! This also meant it was the end of a lot of the activities for societies and clubs. On Monday, I had classes as normal and went to my Pilates class :) Tuesday was pretty busy! I went to my last Criminology class of the semester in the morning, and then I went to a holiday-themed Café Croissant with French Society. As it was the last one of the semester, French Soc went all out and brought so many treats and snacks! I was full enough to make it to Film and Trampoline later that night with only one ot...
